Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will have to work closely with the respective managers and understand their strategic and tactical hiring needs.
  • Take responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle for different types of positions from junior to management level (starting from analysing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until onboarding qualified candidates).
  • Manage the recruitment process through interviews to offer stage and onboarding.
  • Deliver a first-class experience to all qualified candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Be proactive in identifying new candidates for new positions.
  • Use different sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents.
  • Research and analyse new recruiting techniques, tools, and sources.
  • Job briefing and job advertisement posting by using different social media and network channels.
  • Should be sound in MS- Office, Internet, Email, etc.
  • Quick Learner, Target Oriented.
  • Good command of verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification:

Graduate / Postgraduate having specialisation in Human Resources

Experience:

4+ years

CTC:

Upto 6 Lakhs per annum + Incentives
