HR Recruitment intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our team and assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals passionate about HR and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives and events
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information
• Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment

Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
