We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our Human Resources team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about talent acquisition and HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Location: Khar west
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
- Assist in onboarding documentation and HR administrative tasks
