In addition to recruitment, you will be tasked with implementing and reviewing performance review processes, maintaining HR records such as attendance, leaves, and holidays, and ensuring employee punctuality through monitoring attendance. Your role will also involve providing support on goal setting, feedback, and professional development plans, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and applicable benefits by updating and implementing HR policies as required. Furthermore, you will conduct market research to maintain competitive salary benchmarks within the design industry and foster a safe and supportive workplace environment. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in creative or design-related fields.
