Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Fort, Mumbai. The role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
