Dear Candidate,

Job BriefWe are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.Responsibility:Source and recruit candidates for IT or Non-IT sector by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidates resumes and job applicationsConducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positionsPerforming in-person and phone interviews with candidatesAdministering appropriate company assessmentsPerforming reference and background checksMaking recommendations to company hiring managersCoordinating interviews with the hiring managersFollowing up on the interview process statusMaintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achievedRequirements :Any Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.Prior experience as an HR RecruiterSolid ability to conduct different types of interviewsHands on experience with various selection processesAbility to Analyze skills assessment and JDsSound knowledge of full cycle recruitingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skills
