Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on job portals (Naukri.com), social media, and company platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities.

Qualifications

  • MBA-HR
  • Experience: 2-3 years
  • Communication Skills: Excellent (Both Written and Verbal)
  • Good negotiation and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
