Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter – UK Market to support our UK recruitment operations. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level positions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for the UK market and a strong understanding of UK recruitment practices, candidate expectations, and compliance norms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK-based roles, from requirement intake to offer rollout
  • Source candidates through UK job portals (Indeed UK, Reed, Totaljobs), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video to assess role fit, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with UK clients and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication across time zones
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers using ATS and internal systems
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Follow up on offer documentation, compliance checks, and pre-onboarding formalities
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality benchmarks

Key Requirements

  • MBA in HR / Business Administration – Mandatory
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling the UK market
  • Strong familiarity with UK job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems
  • Good understanding of UK hiring practices, notice periods, and candidate compliance expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Prior experience working with UK clients or agencies
  • Knowledge of UK employment basics (IR35 awareness, right-to-work checks – high level)
  • Experience hiring across IT, Engineering, or Non-IT UK roles
