As an HR Recruiter (Team Lead) at our vibrant team in Calicut, your role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating with departments for hiring needs, leading and guiding junior recruiters/interns, maintaining recruitment data and reports, and ensuring timely closure of open roles.
