Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to handle the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. This includes designing and updating job descriptions to attract suitable candidates. You will be sourcing potential candidates from different online channels such as social media and professional platforms. Your main focus will be on identifying the right candidates to match the suitable openings in the company. Additionally, you will conduct preliminary interviews with the candidates and shortlist them for the final interview. Lastly, you are expected to provide recruitment reports to team managers to keep them informed about the hiring progress.
