Job Description

Managing End to End Hiring for positions for various locations in India Africa across all Branches Working on various positions across multiple functions (Operations, Marketing Sales, Finance Accounts etc) Sourcing CVs through various Internal / External Sources. Working on various Job Sites, Social Media Professional Networking Sites for identifying candidates for various roles. Scheduling line ups and interviews with the various functional managers or hiring managers based on their requirement.
Coordination with Managers, HODs various Internal Stakeholders for Interviews feedback. Negotiating Salaries with Candidates On-boarding their Joining. Maintaining Recruitment Tracker/MIS. Responsible for achieving Hiring Target. Participating with HRBP for conducting HR Interviews. Developing a network Talent Pool for filling upcoming positions.

Requirements

MBA in Human Resources
Good written and verbal communication skills,
Good negotiation skills.
Ability to perform under pressure
