Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs. Key Understand hiring requirements for various roles across departments. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidates' suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Coordinate with HR team on offer letters, background checks, and joining formalities.
