Job Description

As a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive, your role will involve supporting and enhancing all HR functions within the organization. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and be passionate about people operations, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures. - Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. - Supporting onboarding and induction for new hires. - Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS. - Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues. - Assisting in performance management processes, including appraisals. - Contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Preparing HR reports, dashboards, and analysis as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in a core HR role, preferably in a corporate setting. The job type is full-time with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, a yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. Experience in recruiting for at least 3 years is preferred. The work location is in person.,
