Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruiter in our Real Estate division. The position is on-site and located in Indore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. They will also develop recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and conduct background checks. Additionally, the Recruiter will work closely with department managers to fulfill hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
• Experience with interview techniques and candidate evaluation
• Skills in sourcing candidates through various channels
• Ability to manage job postings and background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
