We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter to handle recruitment for both staff positions and worker-level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-End Recruitment for staff and worker categories
✅ Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels✅ Screening resumes and conducting interviews✅ Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements✅ Handling onboarding formalities Maintaining recruitment records and reports
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
✔ 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply)✔ Knowledge of worker-level recruitment is an advantage✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
