Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Write and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards and company websites.
Ensure job postings are attractive and compliant with legal requirements.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
Facilitate interview panels and debriefs to ensure a smooth and consistent interview process.
Collect and provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.
Manage candidate expectations and answer queries regarding the recruitment process.
