Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Write and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards and company websites.
  • Ensure job postings are attractive and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
  • Facilitate interview panels and debriefs to ensure a smooth and consistent interview process.
  • Collect and provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.
  • Manage candidate expectations and answer queries regarding the recruitment process.
