As an integral part of the team, you will have the opportunity to be fully present on-site for a total of 9 hours per day. It is essential that you represent yourself in a presentable manner during important meetings with investors. Your responsibilities will encompass various office duties to ensure smooth operations and efficiency within the workplace. - Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with business objectives - Managing the entire recruitment process from job analysis to onboarding - Devising effective employee retention strategies - Overseeing performance management systems and identifying training needs - Coordinating learning initiatives for continuous employee development Fostering positive employee relations and engagement is crucial. You will be responsible for cultivating a supportive work culture, addressing grievances, and implementing engagement activities. Additionally, ensuring employee well-being through the introduction of various programs and initiatives will be part of your role. - Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations - Updating HR policies and procedures - Managing employee relations in alignment with company policies and legal requirements - Overseeing HR department's daily operations - Maintaining employee records and managing budgets - Utilizing HR technology to enhance efficiency Your leadership and communication skills will be crucial as you provide guidance to the HR team, communicate effectively across all levels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Forecasting workforce needs, aligning HR practices with organizational goals, and planning for future talent acquisition will be key aspects of your role. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule, performance, and yearly bonuses. You will have the flexibility to work from home, and proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
