HR Recruiter (Offrole)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements across departments (Sales, Production, QC, Logistics, etc.).
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule panel interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads to define job roles and selection criteria.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update talent acquisition dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams for workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in job fairs, campus hiring drives, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR ).
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
• Good understanding of labor market trends, especially in manufacturing roles.
