Job Description

As a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for franchise operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying hiring needs across franchise operations, encompassing store staff, managerial roles, and support functions. - Developing and executing sourcing strategies via job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. - Building a robust candidate pipeline for critical roles. - Conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews, and evaluating candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Facilitating pre-employment tests and reference checks as required. - Creating detailed and appealing job descriptions tailored to specific roles. - Posting job openings on relevant platforms, monitoring application flow, and promoting the company's culture and values through various channels. - Representing the company at career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates. - Partnering with department heads to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines. - Maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies during recruitment. - Maintaining detailed records of hiring processes and generating regular recruitment reports. - Supporting the HR Department for Documentation or any other HR Task. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the food or hospitality industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus. Key competencies that will be valuable in this role: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proactive problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices in the food franchise sector. The job type is full-time and the benefits include Provident Fund. Experience in recruiting, preferably in Non-IT, is preferred for this position.
