• Manage and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on roles for our organization.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent in the Erode region.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant legal guidelines.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment cycles.

• FLUENCY in speaking HINDI and ENGLISH is mandatory.
