Location: Erode & Chennai, Tamilnadu Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Bionics Enviro Tech PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in wastewater treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the wastewater treatment industry. This role requires frequent travel to meet & call clients, promote our products, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wastewater treatment sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the wastewater treatment industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently to customer locations. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in any additional language is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
