As a leading last-mile logistics company, your role at Loadshare Networks Pvt. Ltd. in Guwahati, Assam will involve various responsibilities and qualifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source and screen delivery executives through job portals, social media, and local networks. - Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting jobs to final selection. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Support onboarding and basic HR operations when required. **Qualifications:** - Graduate in any discipline. - Experience in blue-collar hiring preferred. - Strong communication and time-management skills. - Knowledge of ATS tools and local labor regulations is an advantage.
