Internship Duration

• WFH: 6 Months (No fixed stipend)
• WFO: 3 Months (Office-based internship)

About the Role

Helpmate Solution is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Post job openings on different job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and update daily reports.
• Coordinate with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation.
• Help in HR operations like attendance, employee coordination, and follow-ups.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Comfortable with calling and coordination tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
• Self-disciplined and responsible attitude.

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.
