Role :- HR Recruiter Intern

Qualification – 12th Min

Location: Barra-2, Kanpur
Salary : ₹5 ,000 - ₹8 ,000 per month + Incentives around 15,000 /-

Timing :- 9.30 am - 6.30 pm / 2 Hour active working only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and on boarding).
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in Fluent English.
• Learn all aspects of recruitment with close guidance from the HR team.
• Have the capability to lead and manage a small team (3 recruiters) in the future after proper training.
• Core responsibility will be managing and driving results through your team.
