Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Coordinate and communicate with departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Support in employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
