Experience: Fresher – 2 years
Location: Ahmedabad (Office-based)
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Strong interest in HR & recruitment
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (training will be provided)
Core Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for RCM / Non-tech roles
Sourcing from Job portals
Screening resumes & initial HR calls
Maintaining trackers & daily hiring MIS
Requirements
Good communication (English)
Quick learner, confident on calls
Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle
Comfortable with Excel & Google Sheets
Target-oriented mindset
