Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Evaluate candidates and provide feedback to management Maintain recruitment data and candidate databases Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Support onboarding and induction processes Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidate suitability effectively Knowledge of recruitment metrics and HR best practices Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
