Job Description

Job description The ideal candidate should have expertise in BPO bulk hiring and should be holding a good network in the BPO industry for fulfilling the manpower requirements for agent level and lateral hiring both. Also, candidate should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and to maintain the manpower flow as per requirement . Additionally, should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions and line up them for interviews Conduct interviews/screening candidates’ profiles via phone or in-person/face to face Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Coordination with other departments for closing all interview rounds Taking care on end-to-end onboarding process for selected candidates Doing tie ups with manpower consultants and maintain coordination with them as per requirement Working on job portals and taking care of job posts Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
