Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles (technical & non-technical)
Understand job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or internal database
Foster positive candidate experiences and employer branding
Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs/career events as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
14 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience in hiring for multiple industries or high-volume roles
