Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert them into sales. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to the sales team. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively sell products and services. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
