HR Recruiter - Full Design Agency

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and tactics to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
