• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
• Use job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking and documentation
• Coordinate walk-ins, interviews, and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Support basic HR operations as needed
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and Excel/MS Office
• Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and join immediately
