Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Sangam Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi, India Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.). Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process for updates and feedback. Align hiring needs with hiring managers and understand role requirements. Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives when required. Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools (preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills.
