Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house and sales positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media.
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with HR manager.
Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and closures.
Handle onboarding documentation and maintain employee records.
Maintain recruitment data, MIS, and daily reports.

Skills Required:

Strong communication & coordination skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment in E-commerce or Manufacturing industry.
Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
Good knowledge of hiring processes in e-commerce/manufacturing.
Basic Excel and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
