Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house and sales positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with HR manager.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, and closures.
  • Handle onboarding documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Maintain recruitment data, MIS, and daily reports.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & coordination skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment in E-commerce or Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
  • Good knowledge of hiring processes in e-commerce/manufacturing.
  • Basic Excel and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
