Job Description: HR Recruiter (Telecalling - Recruitment Profile) Company: Credpath Advisory Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters (Telecallers) who can help us fulfill hiring requirements for our clients across Banking, NBFCs, and Corporate sectors. Your core responsibility will be to connect with job seekers, explain job opportunities, and coordinate interviews until successful joining. Roles and Responsibilities Calling potential candidates based on leads provided by the company. Screening and shortlisting candidates for roles in banking, finance, and corporates. Explaining job profiles, locations, salary, and company details to candidates. Coordinating interviews and following up until the candidate joins. Maintaining daily MIS and reporting to the supervisor. Incentives & Earnings Leads will be provided by the company – no cold calling or sourcing needed. For Telecaller Hiring: ₹800 per successful joining. For Banking/Corporate Hiring: ₹2,500 per successful joining. Incentives paid post confirmation from the client (minimum 15 days active post-joining). Requirements Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment is a plus. Freshers can apply. Prior telecalling/recruitment experience will be an advantage. Benefits Fixed working hours (Day shift only). Regular flow of leads for calling. Performance-based earnings with no upper limit.
