You will be responsible for the following key activities: - Handling the recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. - Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Conducting employee engagement activities and managing grievance handling processes. - Providing support to management in performance appraisals and training programs. You are required to meet the following qualifications: - Minimum qualification of Graduation (BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent, MBA in HR preferred). - At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in corporate with a strong focus on IT recruitment. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas are preferred.
