About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Non-Technical Hiring) to join our team at Backdropsource. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Source, screen, and call candidates for non-technical roles.
● Collect and verify relevant candidate information.
● Assign and follow up on tests/assignments.
● Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets/Excel.
● Schedule interviews by coordinating with stakeholders’ availability.
● Manage interview schedules through Google Calendar.
● Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
● Ensure timely updates and reporting of recruitment status.
Requirements
● Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.
● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Calendar.
● Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
