The role is ideal for energetic, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and excel in high-volume hiring environments. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for large-scale hiring campaigns Source candidates through field visits, job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct initial screening and telephonic/personal interviews Organize and manage walk-in drives and on-ground hiring events Maintain detailed records of candidates, interview status, and onboarding progress Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines Collaborate closely with business managers and local HR teams for manpower planning Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline 6 months to 2 years of experience in bulk or volume hiring (preferred) Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply Proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is preferred Ability to work under pressure and handle large hiring volumes What We Offer: Fixed salary of 18,000 – 20,000 per month Attractive incentives and performance bonuses Career growth opportunities in HR, recruitment, and operations Be part of a dynamic, fast-growing fintech brand To Apply: WhatsApp number 8348089153
