Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal platforms Source candidates through databases, referrals, and social media Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panels Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure timely follow-ups Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records Required Skills: Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of various hiring methods (lateral, bulk, campus) Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Ability to manage multiple positions at once Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices (preferred)
