HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR/Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and effective talent acquisition. Additionally, you will support HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping build a mission-driven team that’s transforming education through technology.
