Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Mehrauli, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources   Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Hiring Managers: Understand team needs and create effective hiring plans. Source Talent: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking to find the right candidates. Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: From writing job descriptions and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth, timely, and respectful communication throughout the hiring journey. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pool of strong candidates for current and future roles. Leverage Tools: Use ATS and HR systems to organize candidate data and streamline the process. Stay Updated: Keep an eye on hiring trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition. Great communication and relationship-building skills. Comfort using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
