HR Project Manager

The Talent, Development & Engagement Team, situated within the HR function, focuses on enhancing the colleague experience through best practices in development, performance, and talent management. The team's pillars include Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Colleague Experience/Engagement, Performance & Career Management, and Talent Management. In the role, you will be responsible for project management tasks such as supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of leader and manager induction programs. You will schedule and track leader and manager sessions, collaborate with stakeholders within TDE, HR, and the wider organization, and translate business needs into comprehensive project plans. Monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and creating accountability structures for project teams are also key responsibilities. Utilizing technology, including LMS administration, you will ensure transparency and effective communication channels for successful project outcomes. Additionally, creating program management tools, coordinating program surveys, and planning program sessions for various time zones will be part of your role. Communication with internal stakeholders, updating intranet pages, and maintaining talent and development resources are also essential tasks. Qualifications for this role include 3-5 years of Project Management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a background in learning or leadership development. A growth mindset, problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, personal resilience, effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills are required.
