Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead project teams to execute HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Resource Management

Allocate and manage internal HR resources, external consultants, and vendors.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project milestones.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and issues early.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate regular communication with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Ensure alignment of HR projects with business objectives.

Change Management

Collaborate with HR teams to plan and implement change management strategies.
Support smooth transitions for employees impacted by HR initiatives.

Quality Assurance

Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards in project delivery.
Review project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain detailed documentation including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
