HR Program Management Office Lead

As the Global HR Program Management Office Leader at our company, your role will involve overseeing the portfolio of Global Human Resources projects to ensure alignment with strategic company and functional objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing the HR project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight. - Establishing and maintaining best practices for project management methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency within the function. - Leading, coaching, and educating HR project managers to ensure timely delivery within budget. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and buy-in. - Guiding cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and organizational objectives. - Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks to keep projects on track. - Coordinating organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and successful business transformation. - Developing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to track portfolio health, progress, and success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Project management certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP preferred. - Proficiency with project management tools and techniques, specifically ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective project plans. - Experience in leading global, matrixed programs and influencing senior stakeholders. - Strong project management skills, with knowledge of methodologies like Agile. - Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills. - Experience with data analysis to track performance and support decision-making. - Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate complex concepts for different audiences. - Experience with resource leveling and budget oversight.
