You are seeking a dynamic Planning Engineer to shape and drive schedules for industrial and civil construction ventures from inception through execution. You will be responsible for building schedules, anticipating risks, and ensuring that industrial construction projects stay on time and on budget. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and Gantt schedules, developing baselines and resource histograms, conducting site scope definition, and setting up a systematic Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). You will also analyze critical paths, update schedules, and manage changes using MS Project and Excel. Additionally, you will be tasked with compiling progress and risk reports, managing Earned Value Management (EVM), and supporting delay claims or recovery scheduling. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in industrial building/construction planning. You must possess strong skills in MS Project and MS Office, as well as proven expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM), resource leveling, earned value techniques, risk handling, and recovery planning.,
