Job Description

Qualification:

Human Resources Professional Head

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Develop and execute

    HR strategies and initiatives

    aligned with organizational vision and goals.
  • Lead

    Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Training & Development

    functions to ensure timely and effective staffing.
  • Foster a

    positive employee experience

    by strengthening engagement, staff care programs, and resilience-building initiatives.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships across the organization to understand and address employee needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

  • Provide leadership and direction to the HR department, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide HR staff in all areas including strategy, project management, budgeting, and people management.
  • Supervise and coordinate HR operations including recruitment, payroll, performance monitoring, and administration.
  • Maintain a professional and efficient office environment ensuring smooth HR functioning.

Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation

  • Plan human resource requirements and hiring strategies for full-time staff, contract workers, and interns.
  • Design and implement effective

    induction and onboarding programs

    to align new hires with company vision and values.
  • Ensure

    statutory compliance

    , conduct regular audits, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and monitor

    annual HR budgets

    and expenses.

Networking & Partnership

  • Build and manage professional relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and external partners.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and payment processes with external consultants.

Policies and Procedures

  • Formulate, update, and implement

    HR policies and best practices

    regularly.
  • Develop and track

    KRA/KPI frameworks

    for all employees and HR teams.
  • Draft reimbursement and travel policies for employees engaging in official work.
  • Ensure all HR practices adhere to

    labor laws and compliance requirements

    .

Education & Experience:

  • Master's degree in HR, Management, or equivalent.
  • 57 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • 23 years of experience managing teams and handling HR policy formulation and implementation.
  • In-depth understanding of

    labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices

    .

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    for payroll and HR data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Effective planning, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, employee engagement tools, and compliance frameworks.
