HR (Placements) Specialist

As an HR (Placements) Specialist at AKPIS International Certification, you will play a crucial role in facilitating student career development. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage student placement activities in alignment with academic objectives and industry requirements. Building and nurturing strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners will be key to creating placement opportunities for students. You will be involved in preparing students for interviews through training sessions focused on resume building, communication skills, and interview techniques. Tracking and maintaining placement records, employer feedback, and student progress will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, organizing campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events will be essential to enhance student employability. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in placements or corporate relations, preferably in the education sector, is required. Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, is essential. Your interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and networking prowess will be instrumental in connecting students with suitable job opportunities.
