We're Hiring: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – US Taxation & Education Expert Company: AKPIS EDU PVT LTD Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years (Post CPA Qualification) Industry: Education | Accounting | Finance --- Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who can independently manage U.S. accounting and taxation tasks while also mentoring aspiring CPA students. You’ll play a dual role—offering high-quality financial services and supporting our educational mission by guiding students on their CPA journey through structured study plans, doubt-solving sessions, and mentorship. --- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review U.S. federal and state income tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end accounting and financial reporting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations Assist clients with IRS audits, tax planning, and strategic financial decisions Maintain accurate internal financial records and forecasting Conduct one-on-one study planning meetings for CPA students Mentor and guide students to prepare effectively for CPA exams Host doubt-solving sessions to clarify concepts and share real-world applications Collaborate with the academic team to integrate practical case studies into training modules Stay updated with CPA exam changes and share insights with the student community --- Requirements: Active U.S. CPA License Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. taxation and accounting Strong command of QuickBooks, Drake, Lacerte, or equivalent software A passion for mentoring and educating CPA aspirants Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work independently --- What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Remote/hybrid working flexibility Work with a diverse portfolio of international clients Opportunity to shape future CPAs and give back to the profession Exposure to real-world accounting scenarios integrated with teaching A collaborative and growth-driven environment --- How to Apply: Ready to take your CPA expertise beyond the books?
