Job Description

HR Payroll Requirements 1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in core Payroll / Full &Final Settlement 2. Stability aspect should be checked and validated very importantly. 3. Gap of more 3 months after the latest employment need not be considered. 4. Should posses basis excel knowledge. 5. Good Communication Skills 6. Experience in working with client (especially Middle East) HR and Payroll functions would be an added advantage Competencies The team member is responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee payroll data according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving Compensation & Benefits related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, ensure that the documentation is up to date. "• Respond to clients queries accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system) • Process, maintain & administer HR transactions & provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.) • Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave & absence requests • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan • Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool • Liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stake holders • Reporting errors and issues to the Team leader on time • Ensuring quality and timeliness of work • Focused, diligent, high on quality and timeliness are the basic requirements for the role • Reporting data for personal performance and maintaining personal tracker • Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills"
