Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Any jGraduate with relivant Experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a Payroll managment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, payroll, compliance, and exit formalities. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in handling HR and payroll functions with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and employee management systems.

Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Management & Onboarding:

  • Maintain accurate employee records from the point of registration.
  • Process employee registration, ID creation, and employee code assignment.
  • Coordinate introduction training and site-level induction for new joiners.
  • Ensure all documentation and joining formalities are completed on time.

2. Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Monitor and track attendance of all employees across different locations.
  • Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to resolve discrepancies in attendance.

3. Payroll & Compensation Management:

  • Handle end-to-end monthly salary processing, including:
  • Basic salary
  • Allowances and deductions
  • Overtime
  • Bonus and incentives
  • Gratuity and other components
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll activities.

4. Exit Formalities:

  • Manage employee exit process, including:
  • Full and final settlements
  • Clearance procedures
  • Exit interviews and documentation
  • Ensure statutory compliance in final payouts.

5. Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely submission and maintenance of:
  • EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity records.
  • Keep up to date with labor law amendments and ensure company compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory registers and documents as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Payroll functions.
  • Good knowledge of salary structure, gratuity, and bonus calculations.
  • Familiar with statutory compliance requirements like EPF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, Excel).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and handle field/site-level HR activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Commerce / Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Certification in Payroll Processing or Labor Law Compliance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
